Limitation of the claim to compensation; legal recourse

(1) The claim to compensation against the deposit guarantee scheme becomes time-barred five years after the depositor is informed of the compensation event under section 12.
(2) The ordinary courts have jurisdiction over disputes concerning the basis and amount of the claim to compensation.
