Recourse to a statutory compensation scheme in a resolution

Sections 27 to 32 apply accordingly where recourse is had to a statutory compensation scheme in a resolution under section 145 of the Recovery and Resolution Act, where the available financial means are insufficient to fulfil the liability obligation arising under section 145 of the Recovery and Resolution Act.
