Publication of the determination of the compensation event; notification of the deposit guarantee scheme

(1) BaFin must publish the determination of the compensation event without delay in the Federal Gazette.
(2) BaFin notifies the deposit guarantee scheme to which the CRR credit institution belongs, without delay, of the determination of the compensation event.
