Notification of depositors of the occurrence of the compensation event

The deposit guarantee scheme must notify the depositors of the CRR credit institution without delay of the occurrence of the compensation event, and must point out that claims under section 5 in conjunction with section 8(2) must be substantiated in accordance with section 8(5). The notification may be given together with the compensation.
