Notification obligations

(1) Recognised institutional protection schemes must notify BaFin without delay of: 1. a resolution to amend their articles; 2. the appointment of a person under section 43(2), no. 1, stating the facts material to assessing that person's reliability and professional suitability for the respective tasks; 3. the departure of a person under section 43(2), no. 1; 4. the appointment of a member of the supervisory body under section 43(2), no. 2, stating the facts necessary to assess that person's reliability and expertise; 5. the departure of a member of the supervisory body under section 43(2), no. 2; 6. an intention of the scheme's bodies to bring about a decision to give up recognition under section 43 or to dissolve the institutional protection scheme.
(2) The accumulation plan under section 44(2) must be updated annually and submitted to BaFin by 10 February of each year.
