Coercive measures

(1) Compliance with orders that the statutory compensation scheme issues within its statutory powers is to be enforced by coercive measures under the provisions of the Administrative Enforcement Act.
(2) The coercive fine is up to EUR 50,000 for measures under section 26(1), first sentence, section 34, first and second sentences, section 35(2), section 36(3), first sentence and (4), first and second sentences, and up to EUR 100,000 for measures under section 35(1), first sentence.
