Payment of contributions on the transfer of a CRR credit institution's activities

Where part of the activities of a CRR credit institution is transferred to another CRR credit institution in another state of the European Economic Area, and thereby becomes subject to another deposit guarantee scheme within the European Economic Area outside the scope of this Act, the contributions of that CRR credit institution paid in the last twelve months before the transfer are transferred, in proportion to the amount of the covered deposits transferred, to the other deposit guarantee scheme; special contributions and special payments under section 27(1), nos. 1 and 2 are excepted from this.
