Duty to report; reimbursement of special contributions and special payments; recoveries from insolvency proceedings

(1) After the conclusion of a compensation procedure, the statutory compensation scheme must report to the CRR credit institutions allocated to it on the use of the special contributions and special payments.
(2) The statutory compensation scheme must, after the conclusion of the compensation procedure, reimburse to the CRR credit institutions allocated to it the special contributions and special payments they paid, insofar as they were not used, in the case of special contributions, to carry out the compensation event, or, in the case of special payments, to service credit.
(3) Recoveries from insolvency proceedings under section 46f(4) of the Banking Act are to be attributed to the available financial means of the respective statutory compensation scheme under section 20.
