Cost of the examination; cost of the compensation procedure

(1) The examined CRR credit institutions must reimburse the costs of examinations under section 35 to the statutory compensation scheme to which they are allocated.
(2) Statutory compensation schemes must reimburse suitable third parties for the personnel and material expenses incurred for an examination under sections 35 to 37.
(3) The CRR credit institution must reimburse the statutory compensation scheme to which it is allocated for the expenses of carrying out or preparing a compensation procedure under sections 12 to 15.
