Report on the outcome of the examination

(1) A report must be prepared on the outcome of the examinations under section 35.
(2) The report must state whether circumstances exist at the examined CRR credit institution that give rise to the risk of a compensation event occurring at the CRR credit institution.
(3) Where material breaches by the CRR credit institution of this Act, the Banking Act or Regulation (EU) No 575/2013 are established in the course of the examination, the report must also contain those findings.
