Part 7 · Information Necessary for the Exercise of Rights Attached to Securities › Section 50

Publication of additional particulars, and transmission to the company register; authorisation to issue statutory instruments

(1) A domestic issuer must publish without delay 1. every change in the rights attached to the admitted securities, and a) in the case of admitted shares, in the rights attached to derivative securities issued by the issuer itself, insofar as they confer a right to convert into, or acquire, the issuer's admitted shares, b) in the case of securities other than shares, changes in the terms of those securities, in particular of interest rates, or in the conditions attached to them, insofar as the rights attached to the securities are indirectly affected thereby, and 2. information that it publishes in a third country and that may be of significance to the public in the European Union and the European Economic Area, and must simultaneously notify that publication to the Bundesanstalt. It transmits that information simultaneously with publication to the body responsible for the company register, for entry in the company register and forwarding to the central European access point.
(2) The Federal Ministry of Finance is authorised, by statutory instrument not requiring the consent of the Bundesrat, to adopt further provisions on the minimum content, nature, language, scope and form of the publication and the notification under subsection (1), first sentence.
