Transitional provision relating to the Future Financing Act

Sections 32c to 32e, in the version in force up to and including 14 December 2023, continue to apply to liability for defective key investment information sheets where the contract for the grant of the credit, or for the acquisition of the security or the instrument used for crowdfunding purposes, or for individual credit portfolio management, was concluded before 15 December 2023.
