Notifications to the central European access point

(1) The information under section 124(1) is notified by the Bundesanstalt to the European Securities and Markets Authority, as operator of the central European access point within the meaning of Article 1(1) of Regulation (EU) 2023/2859 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 December 2023 establishing a European single access point providing centralised access to publicly available information of relevance to financial services, capital markets and sustainability (OJ L, 2023/2859, 20.12.2023; L, 2024/90097, 12.2.2024), as amended by Directive (EU) 2024/1760 (L, 2024/1760, 5.7.2024).
(2) The information under subsection (1) must be transmitted in a data-extractable format within the meaning of Article 2, point 3 of Regulation (EU) 2023/2859, and must be accompanied by the following metadata: 1. the full name of the natural person, or all business names of the legal person, to which the information relates, 2. where available, the legal entity identifier of the legal person, 3. the type of information within the meaning of Article 7(3), letter c) of Regulation (EU) 2023/2859, 4. an indication of whether the information contains personal data.
