Evidence of notified holdings

A person who has made a notification under section 33(1) or (2), section 38(1) or section 39(1) must, at the request of the Bundesanstalt or of the issuer for whom the Federal Republic of Germany is the home state, provide evidence of the existence of the notified holding.
