Competence of the Bundesanstalt under Regulation (EU) 2020/1503

(1) The Bundesanstalt is the competent authority within the meaning of Article 29(1) of Regulation (EU) 2020/1503.
(2) The Bundesanstalt grants permissions under Article 2(2) of Regulation (EU) 2020/1503, in agreement with the Federal Ministry of Justice and Consumer Protection, by general order.
(3) As regards measures under Article 17(1) of Regulation (EU) 2020/1503, section 48(4), first sentence and section 49(2), second sentence of the Administrative Procedure Act, concerning the one-year period, do not apply.
(4) An objection and an action for rescission against decisions and measures of the Bundesanstalt under Regulation (EU) 2020/1503, including the threat and imposition of coercive measures, have no suspensive effect.
