Transitional provision for breaches of sections 38 and 39 in the version of this Act in force until the end of 1 July 2016

(1) Criminal offences under section 38 in the version in force until the end of 1 July 2016 are sanctioned, by way of derogation from section 2(3) of the Criminal Code, in accordance with the provisions in force at the time the act was committed.
(2) Regulatory offences under section 39 in the version in force until the end of 1 July 2016 may be sanctioned, by way of derogation from section 4(3) of the Act on Regulatory Offences, in accordance with the provisions in force at the time the act was committed.
