Application provision for the Act Implementing the Transparency Directive Amending Directive

(1) Sections 37n, 37o and 37p, in the version of the Act of 20 November 2015 (Federal Law Gazette I, p. 2029), apply from 1 January 2016.
(2) Section 37x, in the version of the Act of 20 November 2015 (Federal Law Gazette I, p. 2029), applies for the first time to payment reports and consolidated payment reports for a financial year beginning after 26 November 2015.
