Addressees of a measure on account of a possible breach of Article 14 or 15 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014

The addressees of measures under section 6(2) to (4), (6) to (8) and (10) to (13) and sections 7 to 9, taken by the Bundesanstalt on account of a possible breach of a prohibition under Article 14 or 15 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014, may not inform persons other than employees of state bodies, and persons subject by virtue of their profession to a statutory duty of confidentiality, of those measures or of an investigation subsequently initiated as a result.
