Transitional provision for the notification and publication obligations concerning the choice of home state

Section 5 does not apply to an issuer within the meaning of section 2(11), first sentence, no. 1, letter b, or no. 2, for which the Federal Republic of Germany was the home state on 27 November 2015 and that has notified its choice to the Bundesanstalt.
