Cooperation with the European Commission under the Energy Industry Act

The Bundesanstalt transmits to the European Commission, on request, such particulars of transactions in financial instruments, including personal data, as have been communicated to it under Article 26 of Regulation (EU) No 600/2014, insofar as the European Commission could also require their disclosure directly from the undertakings subject to the notification obligation under section 5a(1) of the Energy Industry Act, and the European Commission needs that information to perform its tasks as further described in the Energy Industry Act.
