Harmonised standards and technical specifications for other legal acts of the European Union

Where features, elements or functions of products and services that do not fall within the scope of this Act are in conformity with harmonised standards and technical specifications, or parts thereof, adopted under Article 15 of Directive (EU) 2019/882, compliance with section 5a is presumed insofar as those standards and technical specifications, or parts thereof, meet the accessibility requirements of this Act.
