Accessibility under other legal acts of the European Union

Where features, elements or functions of products or services that do not fall within the scope of this Act meet the accessibility requirements under the statutory instrument to be issued under section 3(2), with the exception of the requirements on support services under Annex I, Section I, point 3 of Directive (EU) 2019/882, it is presumed that they meet the corresponding obligations regarding the accessibility of those features, elements or functions under other Union legal acts than Directive (EU) 2019/882, unless otherwise specified in those other legal acts.
