Duty to provide assistance

(1) The market surveillance authorities and the Federal Institute for Occupational Safety and Health must assist one another and inform one another of measures taken under this Act.
(2) The Federal Institute for Occupational Safety and Health informs the market surveillance authorities of notifications by the European Commission or by another Member State of the European Union.
