Lists of providers of audiovisual media services and of video-sharing platform providers

(1) The authority competent under Land law shall each prepare a list of the providers of audiovisual media services and of the video-sharing platform providers whose home country is Germany, or for whom Germany is deemed to be the home country. The list must state, for each provider of audiovisual media services and video-sharing platform provider, the relevant criteria under section 2(2) to (7).
(2) The authority competent under Land law shall transmit the lists of providers of audiovisual media services and of video-sharing platform providers, and all updates to those lists, to the supreme Federal authority responsible for culture and media.
(3) The supreme Federal authority responsible for culture and media shall forward the lists of providers of audiovisual media services and video-sharing platform providers transmitted to it, and all updates to those lists, to the European Commission.
