Evaluation

The Federal Government shall, five years after this Act's entry into force, evaluate the provisions contained in sections 18 and 19 concerning the cooperation of the Digital Services Coordinator with the competent authorities, and the cooperation with other authorities, and shall in doing so in particular examine whether the design of the procedures between the competent authorities is suited to enforcing Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 effectively. It shall report to the Bundestag on the outcome.
