Authorities for enforcing obligations under Regulation (EU) 2024/1028

(1) The Federal Network Agency is the competent authority under Article 15(2) of Regulation (EU) 2024/1028, as amended on 11 April 2024, for enforcing Article 7(2) and (3) and Article 9 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1028, as amended on 11 April 2024.
(2) The Digital Services Coordinator under section 14(1) is the competent authority under Article 15(1), first sentence of Regulation (EU) 2024/1028, as amended on 11 April 2024, in conjunction with Article 49(2), first sentence of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, as amended on 19 October 2022.
