Independence

The Digital Services Coordinator acts wholly independently in exercising the tasks and powers assigned to it by Regulation (EU) 2022/2065. It is subject neither to direct nor to indirect external influence, and neither seeks nor accepts instructions, insofar as such instructions relate to the substantive area of the independent performance of its tasks.
