Activity report

(1) The Digital Services Coordinator shall submit the activity report to be prepared annually under Article 55 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 to the legislative bodies of the Federation.
(2) The activity report must in particular contain the following particulars of the Digital Services Coordinator and of the other authorities competent under section 12(2) and (3) for the enforcement of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065: 1. the number of complaints received under Article 53 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, and an overview of the measures taken on the basis of the complaints, 2. the number and subject matter of the orders to act against illegal content and of the information orders issued by the national judicial or administrative authorities under Articles 9 and 10 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, 3. the number and subject matter of the actions taken on the orders named in no. 2, as notified to the Digital Services Coordinator under Articles 9 and 10 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, 4. particulars of the staff and financial resources deployed, 5. the number of meetings, broken down by date and by the name of the organisation, that the Digital Services Coordinator has held with representatives of undertakings, associations or other interest representatives in connection with the tasks statutorily assigned to it for enforcing Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, 6. the number and subject matter of the infringements of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 found, and 7. the number of regulatory-fine proceedings initiated under section 33, and of further measures initiated under section 27, as well as the amount of the fines and coercive fines imposed.
(3) The Digital Services Coordinator shall publish the activity report, at the same time as its submission under paragraph 1, in electronic form and in a format accessible to persons with disabilities, on its website.
(4) The authorities competent under section 12(2) and (3) shall communicate to the Digital Services Coordinator all information under paragraph 2 necessary for its preparation.
