(1) To enforce and monitor Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, a Digital Services Coordinator, based in Bonn, is established within the Federal Network Agency.
(2) The Digital Services Coordinator must be provided with the necessary staff and material resources for the performance of its tasks.
(3) Appropriate financial resources under paragraph 2 also include a research budget, which the Digital Services Coordinator may use in particular for cooperation with research institutions.
