(1) Decisions of the Digital Services Coordinator and decisions of the authorities competent under section 12(2), first sentence and (3) must be substantiated. They must be notified to the parties, together with the substantiation and an advisement of the admissible legal remedy.
(2) Decisions of the Digital Services Coordinator and decisions of the authorities competent under section 12(2), first sentence and (3) in the form of general orders must be publicly notified. Public notification is effected by 1. publishing the complete decision on the website of the Digital Services Coordinator or of the respective other authority competent under section 12(2), first sentence and (3), and 2. publishing the following in the electronic Federal Gazette: a) the operative part of the general order, b) the advisement of the legal remedy, and c) a reference to the publication of the complete decision on the respective website.
(3) Paragraphs 1 and 2 apply accordingly to the Federal Network Agency, where it is competent under section 22, section 22b(1) or section 22c(1).
