Applicability of competition-law provisions

(1) The exchange supervisory authority must work towards ensuring compliance with the provisions of the Act against Restraints of Competition. This applies in particular to access to, and the use of, trading, information and settlement systems and other exchange-related service facilities.
(2) The competence of the competition authorities remains unaffected. The exchange supervisory authority informs the competent competition authority where indications of infringements of the Act against Restraints of Competition exist. That authority informs the exchange supervisory authority of the outcome of its investigations after their conclusion.
