Transitional provision for the Standortfördergesetz

For cases in which an issuer terminates the inclusion of securities in trading on an SME growth market up to and including 9 January 2030, section 31 of the Securities Acquisition and Takeover Act applies with the proviso that section 5(3) of the WpÜG Offer Ordinance does not apply. For cases in which termination takes place after 9 January 2030, section 5(3) of the WpÜG Offer Ordinance applies.
