(1) The exchange supervisory authorities and BaFin cooperate closely and, under section 10, exchange with one another all information relevant for the performance of their tasks.
(2) The exchange supervisory authority informs BaFin without delay of suspensions and discontinuations of trading under section 3(5), third sentence, no. 1, of the lapse of a licence under section 4(4), and of the revocation of a licence under section 4(5) or the provisions of the administrative procedure acts of the Länder.
(3) The exchange supervisory authority informs BaFin without delay of approvals granted under section 4a(2), fifth sentence and section 4b(4), fifth sentence.
(4) The exchange supervisory authority informs BaFin regularly and in a uniform and comparable manner of the parameters set for a volatility interruption under section 24(2b).
(4a) The exchange supervisory authority must transmit to BaFin notifications under section 5(9), section 7(5), first sentence and section 15(5a), for further transmission to the European Securities and Markets Authority and the competent authorities of other Member States of the European Union and the contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. The transmission of notifications of possible infringements of exchange-law provisions or orders under section 7(5), first sentence takes place only in serious cases.
(5) The exchange supervisory authority and the authorities competent for implementing Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 December 2013 establishing a common organisation of the markets in agricultural products and repealing Council Regulations (EEC) No 922/72, (EEC) No 234/79, (EC) No 1037/2001 and (EC) No 1234/2007 (OJ L 347, 20.12.2013, p. 671; L 189, 27.6.2014, p. 261; L 130, 19.5.2016, p. 18; L 34, 9.2.2017, p. 41), as last amended by Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1226 (OJ L 202, 28.7.2016, p. 5), exchange with one another information, including personal data, required for the performance of their tasks.
(6) The exchange supervisory authority and the authorities competent for implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/2554 exchange with one another information, including personal data, required for the performance of their tasks.
