Section 38

Introduction

(1) The issuer notifies the Management of the intended time and features for commencing quotation (introduction) of securities admitted to the regulated market. The details are governed by the Exchange Rules.
(2) Securities offered for public subscription may be introduced only after allotment has been completed.
(3) The Federal Government is empowered to determine, by statutory instrument with the consent of the Bundesrat, for the protection of the public, the earliest time at which securities may be introduced.
(4) Where securities are not introduced within three months of publication of the admission decision, their admission lapses. The Management may, on application, extend the period appropriately where a legitimate interest of the issuer of the admitted securities in the extension is demonstrated.
