Section 35

Refusal of admission

(1) Where the Management refuses an admission application, it must notify this to the other exchanges at which the issuer's securities are to be traded, stating the reasons for the refusal.
(2) Securities whose admission has been refused by another exchange may be admitted only with that exchange's consent. Consent must be given where the refusal was on account of local circumstances, or where the reasons that precluded admission have ceased to exist.
(3) Where an admission application is submitted at several domestic exchanges, the securities may be admitted only with the consent of all exchanges required to decide on the application. Consent may not be refused on account of local circumstances.
