Section 41

Provision of information

(1) The issuer of the admitted securities, and the institution or undertaking that applied for admission of the securities together with the issuer under section 32(2), first sentence, are obliged to provide the Management with all information from their sphere required for the orderly performance of its tasks with regard to the admission of the securities.
(2) The Management may require the issuer of the admitted securities to publish particular information in an appropriate form and within an appropriate period, where this is required for the protection of the public or for orderly exchange trading. Where the issuer fails to comply with the Management's requirement, the Management may, after hearing the issuer, publish that information itself at the issuer's expense.
