Share options

(1) The listing shell stock corporation may issue independent option certificates directed at the subscription of shares of the company and serviced from a contingent capital increase under section 192 of the Stock Corporation Act.
(2) Where a resolution on a contingent capital increase under section 193(2), no. 4 of the Stock Corporation Act is adopted for the grant of the rights under the option certificates, the period laid down in section 193(2), no. 4 of the Stock Corporation Act for the first exercise of the subscription right does not apply.
