Supply of genetic examination products

The Federal Ministry of Health may, by statutory ordinance requiring the consent of the Bundesrat, provide that particular genetic examination products designated in the statutory ordinance, which serve to carry out genetic examinations, may be supplied for end use only to persons and institutions authorised, under this Act, to carry out such examinations or the genetic analyses carried out within their framework.
