(1) This Act enters into force on 1 February 2010, unless otherwise provided in the following subsections.
(2) Sections 6, 20(3), and sections 23 and 24, enter into force on the day after promulgation.
(3) Section 5 enters into force on 1 February 2011.
(4) Section 7(3) enters into force on 1 February 2012.
