Genetic examinations and analyses before and after establishment of the employment relationship

The employer may not, either before or after establishment of the employment relationship, require of employees 1. that genetic examinations or analyses be carried out, or 2. the notification of results of genetic examinations or analyses already carried out, nor may it accept or use such results.
