Transitional provision on the BRRD Implementation Act

Section 28(1) to (4) of this Act, in the version in force from 19 December 2014, applies for the first time to the quarter beginning on 1 April 2015, and, in applying section 28(5), for the first time to the quarter beginning on 1 April 2016. Section 28(1) to (4), in the version in force until 18 December 2014, applies for the last time to the quarter ending on 31 March 2015, and section 28(5), in relation to section 28(1), first sentence, nos. 5 and 6, (2), first sentence, no. 3, (3) no. 1 and no. 2, last part of the sentence, and (4) no. 2, in the version in force until 18 December 2014, applies for the last time to the quarter ending on 31 March 2016. Section 27a(1) does not apply until the entry into force of the statutory instrument under section 27a(2), first sentence.
