Objection and action for annulment against measures of BaFin, including the threat and imposition of coercive measures, on the basis of section 2(2) no. 1, section 3(1), second and third sentences, (2), section 4(3a) and (3b), section 7(3), second sentence, section 27a(1), second sentence, section 32(1), section 35(1), first sentence, section 36a(1), fifth sentence and (2), and section 42(1), third sentence and (2), have no suspensive effect.
