Licence for mortgage banks

For the mortgage banks within the meaning of section 1 of the Mortgage Bank Act licensed as at the expiry of 18 July 2005, the licence for the banking business named in section 1(1), second sentence, nos. 1 to 5 and 7 to 10 of the Banking Act is deemed granted under section 32 of the Banking Act. The period named in section 35(1) of the Banking Act begins on 19 July 2005.
