Protection against enforcement, attachment and set-off

Attachments and enforcement against all assets entered in a cover register, including assets within the meaning of section 30(3), take place only for claims from the respective Pfandbriefe and claims from the derivative transactions entered in the corresponding cover register. Section 394 of the German Civil Code applies accordingly.
