(1) The trustee and the trustee's deputies receive from the Pfandbrief bank appropriate remuneration, the amount of which is fixed by BaFin, and reimbursement of necessary expenses. Further benefits from the Pfandbrief bank are not permitted.
(2) Disputes between the trustee and the Pfandbrief bank are decided by BaFin.
