Partial transfer

In the case of a partial transfer of the cover pool under section 32(1), the part of the corresponding cover pool remaining with the insolvent Pfandbrief bank must satisfy the provisions on Pfandbrief cover. The first sentence applies accordingly in the case of partial trust administration of the cover pool under section 35(1).
