Criminal provisions

Whoever 1. puts Pfandbriefe into circulation contrary to section 4(7), first sentence, 2. knowingly disposes of an asset named there contrary to section 4(7), second sentence, or 3. fails to enter a substitute asset in the cover register, or fails to enter it in time, contrary to section 5(1), third sentence, is liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to a fine.
