Powers

(1) The trustee is entitled to inspect the Pfandbrief bank's documents at any time and to demand information, insofar as they relate to the Pfandbriefe and to the assets entered in the cover registers.
(2) The Pfandbrief bank is obliged to make ongoing communication to the trustee of capital repayments on the assets entered in the cover registers, and of other material changes affecting those assets that are relevant for the Pfandbrief creditors and the creditors of claims from derivative transactions under section 4(3).
