Remuneration of the administrator

(1) The administrator is entitled to remuneration for the administrator's activity and reimbursement of appropriate expenses. The amount of the remuneration should take into account the administrator's effort, the value-related success of the wind-down, and the nominal value of the outstanding Pfandbriefe. The costs of administration by the administrator, including the administrator's remuneration and reimbursement of expenses, are borne from the assets of the Pfandbrief bank with limited business activity.
(2) The court competent for the appointment fixes the remuneration and expenses on the administrator's application. Enforcement takes place from the final decision under the Code of Civil Procedure.
