(1) In the proceedings of the administrative authority, the request for a court decision in accordance with section 62 is admissible against
1. the separate administrative cost notice,
2. the notice assessing administrative costs (section 106), and
3. the assessed amount of fees and expenses.
In cases falling under numbers 1 and 2, the request must be submitted within two weeks after service of the notice; immediate recourse against the decision of the court in cases falling under number 2 is admissible if the value of the matter in controversy exceeds 300 euros.
(2) Sections 89 and 90 (1) apply accordingly to the enforcement of the costs of the regulatory fining proceedings.
